Anti-Spam Policy

Our Policy

This messaging system allows only verified opt-in subscriptions. It ensures that all subscribers can opt out quickly, easily, and permanently from unwanted SMS communications. This can be done either through the website or by sending a text message to the short code <SHORTCODE> with the word 'STOP, REMOVE, OPT OUT, or CANCEL'.

Our Definition of Spam

We define Spam as any unsolicited, unexpected, or unwanted text message. The use of third-party lists is not allowed, whether or not consent was gathered. Any communication sent to a subscriber about an unrelated topic they did not request is considered Spam.

Anti-Spam Policy

We follow a strict ANTI-SPAM policy for all communications. This means we do not allow unsolicited text messages, notifications, alerts, or any other messages from senders who should not have your mobile number. If you believe you’ve received such a message, please report it to us at matt@yourhomeprotectors.com by including:

-
The sender ID
-
Your mobile number (so it can be removed)
-
The date and time the message was received
-
The contents of the message

All reports will be investigated for violations of this Anti-Spam Policy. Your identity will remain confidential.

Policy Enforcement

Our clients must agree not to send unsolicited text messages. Lists used must be opt-in only. All messages can be tracked and removed from sender lists. We support OPT-OUT / REMOVE / UNSUBSCRIBE, and clients have tools to manage these requests. We also maintain an OPT-OUT list and a Global Block List to prevent re-addition of previously unsubscribed numbers.
Suspected violations of this policy may result in consequences ranging from warnings to service termination. To the best of our knowledge, this system adheres to all applicable laws regarding unsolicited bulk or group text messages.

-
Reply to the received text message with any of the above keywords
-
Send a message with the word "STOP" to <SHORTCODE>

Please include your mobile number, the message details, and the time it was received. You will be removed from that list, and the sender will be restricted from adding your number again.
